We offer free insured postage and packaging on all orders over £100. Orders less than £100 will be subject to an extra charge of £2.75 P & P.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you should change your mind about your purchase we will be happy to refund the cost of your good, within fourteen days of purchase. Simply return the goods, receipt and the original packaging to us.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to make refunds on earrings. Items which we have engraved or personalised or show signs of wear and tear are also excluded.
